JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Jan. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Pet Paradise, a Jacksonville-based luxury pet resort company, has leased an 18,000 sq. ft. property at 5601 Butler National Drive in Orlando, about a half-mile from Orlando International Airport (MCO). The company will build 125 suites for dogs, 20 condos for cats and will open in April 2015. Pet Paradise will share the building with Wally Park, the off-site parking company, but have its own entrance.
The company plans to enhance the facility, adding an in-ground swimming pool, new artificial turf play areas and a covered drop-off portico, providing easy access for customers. The general contractor, Giles McIvor, has designed and built all the Pet Paradise resorts.

With the new Orlando facility, Pet Paradise Resort will have ten luxury pet resorts in Florida, with a total of 21 resorts in six states, and more than 400 employees.

The company offers state of the art pet resorts, including upscale pet boarding and day camp services, a trained staff, 24/7 on-call veterinary services, professional groomers, special luxury suites with TV so owners can monitor their pets while traveling, and large swimming pools and play areas for dogs.
